The Look Dress: TopShop (Similar) Booties: Seychelles c/o Sunglasses: Vera Wang c/o Bag: Lancaster Paris For the last couple of years at the start of the year I set a fashion goal of sorts for myself. 2 years ago it was to only shop economically, buying nothing that was over 200 dollars. Last year it was to wear what I wanted regardless of trends. This year it’s to look back in my closet and REWEAR my clothes. I think with the advent of Instagram and social media we are all super conscious of the way we look, rarely wearing the same outfit twice. But for me.. if I adore a look, why would I not wear it again? Allow me to explain where this is coming from with a little story.. My Grandma, who is one of my fashion idols, has a specific dress that she wears to a specific occasion every year. Recently I asked her if she is worried about what all the ladies say when she shows up in the same dress year after year and she said “why would I be? I bought the dress, I love the dress..why would I not wear it?” […]
