Kana is an interactable NPC located in Fort Merit. She is standing by a balcony and using the Thundercall Attunement to make an iron ball float. Talking to her will prompt the following dialogue: "If only my thundercalling was more intense I could pull this off." The armor she is wearing is the Keeper armor, but switched the gold color to a dark blue. As she is at Fort Merit, it can be inferred she works for The Authority, making her the only non-Adret to use Thundercall in their ranks. The Ball
