Crow Hogan (クロウ・ホーガン Kurō Hōgan) is a character in the Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V anime. He is an alternate universe version of the Crow Hogan that appeared in the Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's anime. He is a Duelist of the Synchro Dimension, and lives in the slums of New Domino City where he takes care of three orphans: Frank, Amanda and Tarren.
