Cassis is a non canonical child of Reaper!Sans and Underswap!Sans, and were made by Pepper-Mint on Tumblr. Despite having been known to be an offspring of the two, Cassis was not biologically made by them. Instead, Cassis was created through the fusing of both Reaper and Blue’s SOULs.
