x64b.rpf\data\cdimages\scaleform_generic.rpf\
click on edit mode and put all the "minimap*.ytd" & "minimap_sea*.ytd files from the archive to OpenIV;
replace the mapzoomdata.meta file found in common.rpf\data\ui\ with the one from this archive.
